Not only will you feel physically better, but research suggests a healthy diet can also positively impact mental health, improve mood and cognitive function, and reduce anxiety and depression. Additionally, a good night's sleep, crucial for health and well-being, is often facilitated by a balanced diet. Furthermore, a healthy diet strengthens your immune system, your body's defense against illness. The benefits extend beyond physical health. Eating well can improve your mood, concentration, memory, and even the health of your skin and hair. With increased energy and focus, you'll likely experience a boost in productivity. Finally, a healthy diet can help manage stress levels, promoting a sense of overall calm. In addition to the above routine, participants will be given:

● Soaked chia seeds, flax seed powder, mango seed powder, etc.

● Minimal cold-pressed oil will be used. Two teaspoons of ghee​ per day

* Seasonal Fruits will be served at 4:30 pm, containing 3-4 varieties of locally grown seasonal fruits.

 Participants will be expected to drink 250 ml water 10-12 times at regular intervals throughout the day.
