In addition to the above routine, participants will be given:
● Soaked chia seeds, flax seed powder, mango seed powder, etc.
● Minimal cold-pressed oil will be used. Two teaspoons of ghee per day
* Seasonal Fruits will be served at 4:30 pm, containing 3-4 varieties of locally grown seasonal fruits.
Participants will be expected to drink 250 ml water 10-12 times at regular intervals throughout the day.
